Gearing up for Thanksgiving…

Which should mean eating lettuce or some such for at least a week, right?  Me, I am not so virtuous. We did decide to scrap tradition and go with a big Mexican feast this year. Pozole with Braised Pork,  Arroz, Homemade Frijoles simmering away on the stove, Tomatillo Salsa, Guajillo Chilies, Butter and Shallot Roasted Chicken for tacos, Guacamole.  Ole! and Happy Thanksgiving!
