the most insanely delicious meatballs – when you have about a pound of lamb or dark turkey meat and add a good heaping cup of parsley pistou, some worster sauce, a good handful of panko crumbs, and some exotic pepper spices you might have lying around…. and sear them then braise them in tomatoes, aleppo pepper and wine and chicken stock…then serve them on charred flatbread with some zippy yogurt + garlic sauce. starts off this Friday morning just fine. very fine. IMG_8387
